We provide objective, reliable valuation of a company.  We work with nationally known valuation companies that assess value from multiple perspectives.  The resulting valuation is far more objective and credible than that available from inside sources.  Our reports provide insight on the factors affecting value in addition to an assessment of current value.  And as improvements are made, valuations can be efficiently updated.

When the owners are ready, we provide confidential, professional services to find suitable candidates for acquisition or sale of the company, capturing value for owners and health for the company.  We have access to networks, buyers and top service suppliers leading to a successful transaction.

We are affiliated with Keystone Partners, a highly respected investment banking firm focused on the middle market.  With fourteen offices, Keystone focuses on companies with $5 to $100 million in revenues.

And we work with highly qualified professionals in finance, tax and legal fields so that any transaction is economically efficient and proceeds are retained for the business and its owners.

Leadership

Dan Butler
Managing Director

Dan Butler is a business intermediary, helping companies build and capture their value. He works closely with principals of client companies to enable changes in ownership structure to benefit the companies and its key owners.

He is a senior executive who has owned and managed businesses entities and worked with M&A transactions since 1978. He has senior level experience in general management, marketing, sales, business development, and performance improvement and has over 34 years of experience in business and strategy development.

He has participated in many M&A transactions, including related property transactions. He has been key executive in seven of the resulting businesses. Dan co-founded and led a high tech start-up in Chicago prior to moving to West Michigan. He is experienced in manufacturing, industrial distribution, health administration, financial services and high technology.

Dan has a BS in Mathematics and has done graduate work in both math and business.

Dan and his wife, Carol, have three grown children.
